School's over.
Jean has to revise
her spellings for a test.
She gets the work done quickly
then sits down for a rest.
Suddenly the phone rings.
Grace is on the line.
She wants to know the spellings.
She forgot to write them down.
It would only take two minutes
to read Grace out the list
but the show that's come on TV now
is one Jean hates to miss.
`Not today,' she shakes her head.
`I don't want to do this for you.
I've finished with schoolwork today.
Ask again tomorrow.'
